    As the coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to escalate, we want to share with you that NIBCO remains open for business and we are committed to serving you, our customers, during this time.  


    The health and safety of our community – customersvendors, and associates – is the main priority. NIBCO has adopted a COVID-19 Task Force, increased sanitization and cleanliness measures, eliminated non-essential business travel, and reduced human density in the workplace by offering work-from-home options, practicing social distancing, and limiting outside visitors.  


    Our manufacturing and distribution centers continue to operate full-time to ensure uninterrupted service and support. We stand ready to support you through email, phone calls, and virtual meetings. Our Customer Service team can provide personal assistance between the new hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. ET.  After hours, you can access us via the NIBCO websites www.nibco.com and www.nibcopartner.com.  


    The NIBCO leadership team continues to monitor the situation and follow the guidance from national and local governments, as well as the Center for Disease Control. We will continue to be proactive and adjust our operations according to any government mandates and will keep you informed of any changes.
