    Your literature will usually ship within 48 hours of placing the order. Your order will be shipped the same business day if placed before 2:00 p.m. (EST). All orders are shipped via UPS Ground and typically arrive in 3 - 7 business days.

    International shipments may take 3-5 days to receive.

    NIBCO is happy to ship your order free-of-charge via UPS Ground. All international orders are sent via UPS Worldwide and must be approved by our International Department. We offer three major carrier options if you would like to charge expedited shipping to your Carrier account: UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Options include:

    • Next Day Air Early AM (By 8:30 AM)
    • Next Day Air (By 10:30 AM)
    • Next Day Air Saturday Delivery
    • 2nd Day Air
    • 3 Day Select

    To search for an item, use the search box located at the top left of your screen. This search box can be accessed from any screen within the literature section. To perform a search, simply type an item number or key word for the product you are looking for. For example, if you are looking for a bronze ball valve, you would enter bronze, ball or bronze ball in the search box. After you have entered the search words, click on the magnifying glass icon and your search results will be displayed.

    No. There is no cost for our literature items therefore no credit card payment is necessary. If you need to expedite a literature shipment, you may use a UPS, FedEx or DHL carrier account number.

     

    Yes. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a link to search for your tracking number for each order. You can also view tracking information by viewing your Order History page. Login and click on “my profile” at the top right of the screen. Then click "Order History" in the left navigation and click on the order you want to track. You will see a detailed account of what was shipped, how it was shipped and when it was shipped.

    Order History is a record of current and fulfilled orders. You must be logged in to access your order history. This option allows you to view details, such as when your order shipped, what items were shipped, where the order was shipped, and order tracking information. The Order History page can be accessed anytime by going to “my profile” at the top right of the screen and clicking on "Order History". 

    This is your current order. All of the products that you have chosen as well as quantities are displayed on this page. When you are ready to place your order, you can click “Checkout” from the My Cart widget on the right side of your screen. Or to preview your cart before checking out, click “View Cart”.

    Login is required to access your Literature order history, account information, shopping cart and Build-A-Submittal projects. In order to ensure privacy, you must login to access this information.

     

    Some items are not available in a hard copy version, but as a download only. These items for download only do not display a quantity box. To download an item, simply click on the PDF or Excel icon shown next to the item number.

    To remove items from your cart, click on “View Cart” in the “My Cart” widget on the right side of you screen. Simply click the red minus symbol next to the item you want to remove.  This will remove that item from your cart.

    To add items to your cart, simply click on the "Add" button next to an item, and this will add the item to your shopping cart. To add additional items to your cart, click on the "Continue Shopping" link in the lower left corner of the "Your Cart" page and you will be taken back to the last product category you viewed. Select another category to view, or select another item and it will be added to your cart. If you want to order more than one item in your cart, enter a different quantity for that item and click "Update Cart".

    First, select the products desired:

    On the left side of all pages there is a list of all the available product categories. Click on a category to view all products available under that category. Use the tabs at the top of your page to sort for the literature type you are looking for. Once you’ve found the item you wish to order, simply type a “1” in the quantity box and click “Add To Cart”. This automatically adds that item to your shopping cart. To download an item, simply click on the PDF or Excel icon, which is located next to the item you are viewing. You can also select items by using the search field in the upper left corner of the page. Type in the keywords or a description of the product you are trying to locate, and click the magnifying glass icon. Select the product you want to order by typing a “1” in the quantity box and click “Add To Cart”. This will add that item to your cart. To order more than one of any item, please contact NIBCO Customer Service or your NIBCO Salesperson.

    Select a shipping address and method:

    You will select your shipping method when you are ready to checkout with all your items. Click Checkout to begin. Verify your billing address & click “Next Page”. Select a shipping address from the Shipping page or click “Add New Address” to add a new address. Next, select your shipping method. UPS Free Ground Shipping is free of charge. If you need expedited shipping, a UPS, FedEx or DHL Carrier Account number can be used. If you have chosen free UPS ground, then skip to the next section, "Submit your Order". If you selected priority shipping, select your carrier/shipping method from the drop down menu and enter your Carrier Account number in the space provided. Click "Next Page". You will see a brief summary of the items in your order. Review the order and click “Place Order”.

    Submit your order:

    Once you have selected your shipping address, and billing address, you will see an overview of your order. If any information is not correct, go back to the literature section by clicking “Literature” at the top of the page and update your cart. You can view the contents of your cart by using the “My Cart” widget on the right of your page or clicking “View Cart” from the My Cart widget. If you are finished reviewing and all information is correct, click on the "Place Order" button on the bottom right of your screen. You will then see a screen that confirms your order had been submitted. You will receive a confirmation email for your records. You can also visit your “Order History” within your profile for a more detailed list of your order at any time by going to http://www.nibco.com/OrderHistory

     

    Catalogs, price sheets, and other documents are available in the ‘Literature’ section. You are welcome to view and download any of the files listed, however if you would like to place an order for an actual catalog(s), you will be asked to login with a username and password. If you don’t have an account, it’s easy and free to create one!

    Owner and Maintenance Manuals (O & M) are listed in the technical library section, under ‘Resources.’
