    Job Description

    The position provides leadership, support, advocacy and vision to recruiters and staff who provide recruiting support to hiring managers across the company.  

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Fills senior-level positions at WHQ as well as positions in key operational, sales and technical roles across the company.
    • Designs and implements new recruiting strategies and programs to attract and attain high-quality candidates.
    • Oversees recruiting process and develops and implements process improvements focused on increasing speed to fill and reducing the cost of hiring while increasing the quality of hires.
    • Supports a smooth and effective on boarding process.
    • Directs the recruiting and selection process to ensure the best selection for each role and the recruiting process is conducted efficiently, economically and in according with both NIBCO’s policies and standards as well as all local, state, and federal laws and regulations. These activities include advertising, interviewing, testing, selecting candidates, checking references, negotiating employment offers, relocation, and orientation.
    • Liaise with managers to develop and implement recruitment strategies that are appropriate for the business needs and consistent with NIBCO’s overall HR strategy.
    • Evaluate external labor market conditions and internal employee turnover trends to recommend changes to the existing recruitment activities to meet changing market conditions.
    • Select and manage ongoing relationships with recruiting-related vendors to ensure satisfactory and compliant standards of service.
