    Job Description
    Press-to-connect joinery is one of the fastest growing segments in our industry and the growth of our NIBCO Press System is critical to the company.  In order to accelerate this growth, this position will focus on key regional sales leaders whose main focus is Press sales.  This position is primarily responsible for achieving Press sales, margin and market share targets within their region.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Develop and execute short and long range go to market plans, working in a matrix role with the Region Manager, Commercial Sales Manager and Area Sales Managers.
    • Identify, track and deliver Press sales growth opportunities (Contractor conversions, wholesaler conversions, specifications).
    • Provide comprehensive sales training to NIBCO sales associates and product training to contractors.
    • Develop and execute national, regional and local Press sales programs.
    • Deploy Press tool program within region.
    • Provide Voice of Customer insights to Press product development.
    • Provide market price intelligence to Pricing.

    EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Minimum 5 years of industry related sales experience. Proven track record of growing new product sales and ability to lead and motivate a high performance team.

    EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree required.

    SKILLS REQUIRED:

    Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Candidates must have ability to work independently with a high execution rate.
