    Job Description

     The position iresponsiblfor providing stronleadershiskills tplan, organizand executproduction plans whildriving continuous improvementisafety, quality,delivery,and costs.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Develop and lead plant associates to ensure departments meet goals of company, while continually striving to improve quality, efficiencies, and cost reduction.
    • Plan, schedule, and coordinate department activities to fulfill customer orders and meet established service levels.
    • Cooperation and coordination with other departments such as engineering, maintenance, tooling, and distribution.
    • Participate in budget development and capital planning.
