    Job Description

    This position is primarily responsible for developing, leading and guiding the execution of sales strategies and tactics for the region; managing key customer alliances, executive selling of NIBCO products and services to the account; championing organizational support of the international sales program; and leading the regional team in accomplishing KRA’s and objectives.  This position is located in Elkhart, IN (WHQ), but may be remote under certain circumstances.


    • Development of strategies to build market share in the Region
    • Leadership of the Regional Team.
    • Builds internal partnership between the customer account and NIBCO channel management.
    • Account pricing, programming, terms, and rebates.
    • Developing and executing win-win scenarios for the customer account and NIBCO.
    • Implementing improved sales processes.
    • Work with regional partners/team to improve competencies and technical sales skills.

    EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Five years of sales experience is preferred.

    EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree required.


    Good presentation skills in front of large groups.  Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
