    Job Description

    Functions as the receptionist for the facility, performs data entry, maintenance, recordkeeping. Supports and assists in human recourse activities and events.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Functions as receptionist for facility. Greets visitors, answers and directs incoming phone calls.
    • Payroll processing tasks for hourly payroll in the SAP HRIMS system.
    • Accurately tracks associate milestones and events in HRIMS system.
    • Maintains associate files. Completes filing in a timely basis.
    • Assists with various activities. Assists with wellness events, and other special events.
    • Coordinates message board postings.
    • Maintains training records in training database. Assists in monitoring compliance.
    • Assist in orientations for new hires.
    • Performs all work according to work standards and to proper safety standards.
    • Maintain good housekeeping and order – use housekeeping tools and boards properly; understand expectations; keep area clean; clean safely and understand MSDS’s & Safety Data Sheets
    • Communicates well with associates, vendors, and guests work in a positive and professional manner.
    • Other job-related duties as assigned the Human Resources Manager.
    • Reports all safety hazards, unsafe working conditions, abnormal circumstances, accidents or other problems to supervision.

    EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Experience in Human Resources. Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

    EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma or GED required.

    SKILLS REQUIRED:

    Strong computer skills, SAP experience preferred, HRIMS system and MS Office knowledge. Good verbal and written communication skills; clear, effective, and accurate report generation. Detail oriented.
