    Job Description

    This position is primarily responsible for relationships with specifying engineers, relationships with major Mechanical / Plumbing / Fire Protection and Design Build contractors, End Users and driving sales through the use of the Reed Connect Project Tool.  

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Develop and execution of short and long range strategic plans, working in a matrix role with the Southeast Regional Sales Manager, Press Sales Manager, Controls Sales Manager and Area Managers in the Southeast Region.
    • Development and execution of project tracking tool from beginning stages through award of project.
    • Work in a “matrix” role with regional sales associates within the assigned territory.
    • Provide comprehensive product training with NIBCO sales associates.
    • Write NIBCO Name & Figure numbers into Plumbing, Mechanical & Fire protection specifications with all major Engineering Firms, Mechanical Contracting Companies including- design build Firms around NIBCO commercial products, drive the NIBCO Brand.

    EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Minimum 5 years sales experience.

    EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree required.

    SKILLS REQUIRED:

    Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Candidates must have ability to work independently with a high execution rate.
